Soft Tissue Mobilization

To improve range of motion, lengthen muscles or tendons, to allow for muscle relaxation, decrease muscle spasms, normalize trigger points, pain relief, and decrease scar tissue adhesions

Specific techniques include: sustained pressure, friction massage, perpendicular strumming, parallel mobilization, perpendicular mobilization, direct oscillations, and unlocking spiral.

Motor Control

Movement re-education, pilates based rehab, train balance and agility, enhance kinesthetic sense, proprioception and coordination

Exercise

To achieve optimum musculoskeletal health by bringing a balance of strength and flexibility to the body.
